When you use Modulus OS, we collect your YouTube channel URL or niche inputs, usage data and feature interactions, and device and browser information for service improvement.
We do not collect your private YouTube analytics without explicit authorization. Any YouTube data we access is limited to publicly available information about video performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Modulus OS service, process payments and send billing communications, send product updates and newsletters (only with your consent), analyze usage patterns to improve our algorithms, and provide customer support.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your channel data to train models shared with other users without anonymization.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Our team has restricted access to user data, limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@modulusos.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
