By accessing or using Modulus OS ("the Service") at modulusos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Modulus OS is a pre-production intelligence platform for YouTube content creators. The Service analyzes publicly available video performance data to provide structural recommendations for your content creation process. We do not guarantee specific view counts, subscriber growth, or revenue outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One account per person or entity; sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). All payments are non-refundable except as covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. The money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws or regulations, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission, or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all algorithms, designs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Modulus OS. Pre-production blueprints and Virality Index reports generated for your channel are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within your content creation workflow.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve specific results for your YouTube channel. Our recommendations are based on statistical analysis and structural patterns; actual results depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modulus OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
